RULES

I. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Enter the COMICS SQUAD T-SHIRT Sweepstakes by submitting an entry at www.ComicsSquadContest.com. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Partially completed entries will not be accepted. Penguin Random House is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of online entries. All entries become the property of Penguin Random House and will not be returned.

II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are age 13 or older on July 1, 2014. If you are 13 and under, you must have a parent or legal guardian enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Penguin Random House LLC, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members, and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

III. PRIZES
The winners of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) Comics Squad T-Shirt.

IV. WINNERS
10 winners will be chosen at random by Random House Children’s Books on or about September 15, 2014. Odds of winning are based on number of entrants. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of Penguin Random House. Winners parent or legal guardian will be notified by e- mail. Noncompliance within that period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Penguin Random House reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize, as stated above, becomes unavailable.

V. RESERVATIONS
By entering, participants and their parents and legal guardians release and hold harmless Penguin Random House, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for an any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation. For the names of the winner, available after October 1st, 2014, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: “Comics Squad T-Shirt Sweepstakes” Random House Children’s Books, 1745 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.
